On sunday I had another music video this time for a rock band called Intraverse the shoot took place in a place called Fort Amherst in Kent which was this amazing sort of cave/labyrinth place carved into a chalk cliff. I Forgot my camera so I am stealing the pictures taken by the lovely intraverse boys and I'll talk you through them
the location it was amazing if slightly creepy! its a national heritage sight so its open to the public most of the time so you should go and visit it if you live near Kent,
me making up singer Max, note the fabulous lashes!
the Intraverse boys looking lovely after me and my glamorous assistant Lexi turned them into Trannies while we waiting around between takes
Assembled cast and crew.
Intraverse have a gig in the forum in Tunbridge wells on the 15th of july you can buy tickets here http://www.intraverse.co.uk/tour/ you should go and see them because they are such a lovely bunch of people and the song we were making the video for 'grant me permission' is awesome and not only that but its going onto Kerrang so they'll probably do quite well for themselves and then you can have the whole 'I knew them way back when...' kudos.
je suis retourne a l'angletter pour travaille dans une music video le next matin. ok I'm going to stop trying to talk French now bacuse its just not happening! Right basically I had to do a mad dash back to london on the coach, managed to doze for an hour or 2 before arriving back at Victoria at 6am, had just enough time to go home and grab a shower and a cup of tea before running off to deepest darkest Hackney to work on video for up and coming UK rap artist Xploder's new single 'Hype show' Check out some of his previous material below.
On this project I also had the pleasure of working with Lovely producer Natalie Adams check her here: http://vimeo.com/nataliekadams

a mercedi je suis alle en paris pour travialle dans une event, une 1920's party pour une Dutch PR company sappelle Wellcom, in association with Matching Models. Before le event jai went for a walk round Paris avec mon amis Rosie who habites there. voici le selected highlights...............
What a tosser!!! a care with the license plate 'GOD' we googled it and it turns out it belongs to a German computer hacker who is very fat and looks like he probably eats babies for breakfast, if you happen to see this car when out roaming the mean streets of Paris throw something at it!!
a view from the bridge, apparently people put the padlocks on it to symbolize love, the oldest one we found was from 1995 apparently they clear them off every so often, (like they paint over the abbey road wall.) Which i thought was bit of a shame imagine imagine if you came back to paris with your lover to look for your padlock you put there on that magical weekend all those years ago only to find the council had chucked in the Seine!
Feather skulls in a gallery, these were amazing but we werent supposed to be taking pictures and the assistant kept looking at me so I had to be discreet and it didnt come out very well. Inspirnig none the less!
A picture from the party, 2 of the ladies I made up in 1920's flapper style. I really need to learn more french. faire de maquillage (spelling?) c'est tres difficille if tu ne comprend la language de l'client 'regarde le platform', 'regarde moi' 'freme les yeux' 'parles L-A-N-T-A-M-E-N-T' sil vous plais, je suis Anglais, je suis stupid'
